We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented assistant to join our team!
As a Business Support Assistant, you will provide support to our departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in various projects that aim to improve operational processes
- Coordinate with different departments ensuring that projects are completed on schedule
- Able to be on-site to conduct on-site photography when required
- Participate in process, system improvement and disscussions
- Support tasks assigned by various departments and managing relationships
You will be a good candidate if you:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience
- An all-rounder with good interpersonal and management skill
- Ability to excel independently
- Attention to details and meticulous
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to work in a dynamic work environment
- Endurance to walk or stand for long hours
- Cultural sensitivity to deal with various nationalities and ethnic groups
- Proficency in microsoft excel is advantageous
- Holds a class 3A licence, not required but advantageous
