Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and outgoing attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the café
• Take orders and process payment transactions accurately
• Greet customers, presenting menus, take orders, suggest and recommend meal promotions appropriately
• Operate the POS cash register
• Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Work well and confidently under pressure during peak hours
• Attend to customers' queries and feedback
• Assist in other areas of operations when required
• Required for weekends and public holidays
• Shifts will be located between outlets (East Coast Road / Hamilton Road)

Brawn & Brains Coffee is a coffee roaster and a cafe which focuses in serving excellent coffee, food & customer service.

We are seeking for highly motivated and energetic individuals who are passionate about coffee and customer service to join our team as a Barista. As a Head Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to our customers, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and consistency and effectively runs the day-to-day operations of the retail counter.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with the company's standards and recipes
• Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Work independently with initiative, as well as in a team to ensure a smooth operation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the coffee bar and seating areas
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Assist in other areas of operations when required, such as cashiering, food preparation, and cleaning
• Able to work at different outlets upon required (East Coat Road / Hamilton Road / Keong Saik Road)
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holiday

- In charge of production operations, including roasting and processing new inventory of coffee with high quality and consistency according to Company’s standards.

- Work cohesively with fellow colleagues

- Must be familiar and know all product knowledge

- Operates roasting machines and other machines for coffee production

- Maintain accurate records and inventory on a computerized system

- Service equipment in the roasting department

- Loading coffee into the machines
