- Responsible in full spectrum of recruitment processes (e.g., posting of opening positions on job portals, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, preparation and facilitating onboarding of new hires)
- Champion in building employer branding (career fairs, talks, industry partnerships).
- Plan, schedule and lead recruitment activities.
- Manage recruitment budget.
- Work closely with HRBPs and stakeholders to establish recruitment needs and manage the full recruiting process to deliver consistent and timely manpower results.
- Responsible for monthly reporting and analysis of HR metrics.
- Analyse recruitment data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Any other HR duties/projects that will be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR
- Candidate with F & B experience would be an added advantage
- Well versed in local employment legislations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A good team player who can work independently in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision required
