Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in full spectrum of recruitment processes (e.g., posting of opening positions on job portals, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, preparation and facilitating onboarding of new hires)
• Champion in building employer branding (career fairs, talks, industry partnerships).
• Plan, schedule and lead recruitment activities.
• Manage recruitment budget.
• Work closely with HRBPs and stakeholders to establish recruitment needs and manage the full recruiting process to deliver consistent and timely manpower results.
• Responsible for monthly reporting and analysis of HR metrics.
• Analyse recruitment data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Any other HR duties/projects that will be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR
• Candidate with F & B experience would be an added advantage
• Well versed in local employment legislations

Job Description:

• Implement and support local and regional SAP application systems.
• Understand and gather business requirements from business stakeholders and translate it into technical requirements to be implemented.
• Co-ordinate project activities such as confirmation of requirement, data migration,key user training, user acceptance test, cut-over activities.
• Lead the matters in the own work stream and liaise with the other work streams on integration matters.
• Liaise with technical team on technical requirement to support the business processes e.g. authorization, system interfaces.
• Serve as a liaison between vendors/service providers and Business Teams.
• Provide application support and drive the most efficient and effective utilization of applications to support the business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• 3- 5 year of experience in ERP implementation with minimum 2 full cycles, large scale project preferable
• Experienced in at least 2 or more SAP modules in SD, MM, RE-FX or Retail IS
• SAP S/4 Hana or retail industrial solution experience is an advantage
• Application support experience is preferred
• Equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to deal with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be a business partner and work closely with the line to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives and programmes.
• Provide guidance to employees of business units on HR policies and practices
• Provide performance management guidance to managers and heads of department on concerns such as staff counselling, career development and disciplinary actions
• Handle disciplinary issues and grievances of employees of business units to ensure issues are being resolved fairly
• Implement business unit employment engagement strategies
• Manage manpower budget and plan for hiring needs for business unit
• Work closely with and support hiring managers to prepare and post job advertisement, screening of applications and shortlisting candidates to be interviewed
• Coordinate interview sessions and conduct interview with hiring manager
• Handle all on-boarding and off-boarding matters
• Assist performance management review process for the business unit
• Coordinate in-house training programmes.
• Work closely with HR Shared Services on payroll related matters

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of relevant HR work experience with good knowledge of HR legislation, policies and procedures
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships within all levels in the organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and priorities management skills.
• Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and is IT savvy
