Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Growth

• Drive revenue growth by securing new business channels and franchise territories.
• Drive new market launches and go-to market strategy.

2. Franchisee Management

• Provide strategic and operational advice to partners
• Ensure franchisees are updated with the latest product developments, operational standards, and roll-out strategies.
• Oversee and enhance the execution of franchise outlets to align with brand principles and standards.

3. Training and Operational Excellence

• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive training programs, policies, and procedures for Franchise Partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainers and ensure training effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain resources such as training aids and marketing materials for franchisees.

4. Data Management and Reporting

• Generate actionable reports on sales projections, market analysis, and audit results with prompt execution on rectification.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely billings and collections from franchise markets.
• Maintain and update franchisee databases and relevant data resources.

5. Ad Hoc and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Deliver business presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to other assigned duties that align with the Division’s business objectives.
