About the Role
This is a role designed for a results-driven professional passionate about growing franchise markets globally while maintaining brand and operational excellence. A good eye for aesthetics/ visual merchandising is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Growth
- Drive revenue growth by securing new business channels and franchise territories.
- Drive new market launches and go-to market strategy.
2. Franchisee Management
- Provide strategic and operational advice to partners
- Ensure franchisees are updated with the latest product developments, operational standards, and roll-out strategies.
- Oversee and enhance the execution of franchise outlets to align with brand principles and standards.
3. Training and Operational Excellence
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive training programs, policies, and procedures for Franchise Partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainers and ensure training effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain resources such as training aids and marketing materials for franchisees.
4. Data Management and Reporting
- Generate actionable reports on sales projections, market analysis, and audit results with prompt execution on rectification.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely billings and collections from franchise markets.
- Maintain and update franchisee databases and relevant data resources.
5. Ad Hoc and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Deliver business presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to other assigned duties that align with the Division’s business objectives.
