We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial and management reporting functions. In this critical role, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, provide insights to support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Based in Singapore, the individual must be willing to travel, if needed.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
- Prepare and oversee the production of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Manage external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure successful and efficient audit processes.
Management Reporting
- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to provide actionable insights into business performance.
- Partner with various entities to create customized financial analyses and performance metrics.
- Present financial results and trends to senior management and other stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze variances between actual results and budget/forecast, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and cost efficiency.
Process Improvement and Systems Management
- Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Ensure robust internal controls are in place for reporting and data integrity.
- Collaborate with other departments and entities to optimize financial systems and reporting tools.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of Finance specialists, fostering professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and strategy, to ensure alignment of financial goals and reporting processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly desirable.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong focus on reporting.
- Experience in managing financial reporting for large or complex organizations is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in working with multiple entities across different countries, particularly in Asia will be essential
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Ability to converse in Thai will be an advantage.
