Responsibilities
- Operate bank accounts of few clients/ maintain excel statement of daily transactions/ interact with the clients rep for documents/ trust worthy to handles others funds-safe with others amounts. Maintain secretarial records for the clients in word/pdf/ make resolutions for the clients for various occasions in word,
- General Administration work on filing documents and maintaining records
- Preparation of up dation of cash flow statements of the Company from various Bank statements/payments and receipts.
- Monthly Bank reconciliation with cheques issued and received
- Entering data base of vouchers/invoices into the existing system
- Generating needed MIS reports based on available information and records
- Assist in Submission of GST returns quarterly
- Managing routine/office/admin related accounts payables.
- Assist in preparation of documentation under Letters of Credit
- Running errands with the banks/Post office etc on deposits or withdrawal or collection
- Managing Pay rolls of the Company.
- Managing the Corporate Secretarial functions of the Company in managing file folders of the clients, scanning letters received for clients, preparation of resolutions and supporting documents for filing with ACRA/IRAS etc
- Any other work as assigned by BLM
Requirements
- Able to read emails
- Understand and reply as required
- Able to do word and excel documents
- Able to work proactively
- Able to understand the requirments of the clients
- Above all trust worthy as handling bank account of clients.
- Organised and meticulous.
- Oriented towards detail
- Knowledge of operating bank accouns/dongles/payments
