We are looking for a Person to be our Director of touchtennis and tennis operations. For this job the candidate will be responsible
1) to coach 30/40 Hours a week.
2) to create and manage New Programmes for our mini and touchtennis Academy.
3) manage and to develop coaching teams coaching standards and expertise.
4) To work with our Head Administrator to make sure all trials and clients are sorted into correct groups
5) To create report on a monthly basis on progress of growth and standards.
Candidate must have 5years+ coaching experience and 2 years management or head coach expereince. Candidate must have good knowledge on touchtennis, Mini Tennis aswell as the usual tennis rules and programmes
