· Enforcement of the implemented Safety Management System for the purpose of ensuring the safety of all staffs and workers in the workplace/projects
· Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Company's ISO & OSHAS policies
· Conduct monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues
· Conduct accident/incident investigations and recommendations on corrective action to prevent recurrence
· Provide the Safety and Health Committees with the tools, resources and support enabling them to function effectively
· Prepare and submit Site Environmental Control Programme of the construction site before work commences on the worksite
· Provide and conduct Safety training for all new employees and workers
· Manage safety violation and award programs
· Must be registered WSHO with valid license with MOM
. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building & construction
