Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an accounts executive, responsible for managing our financial transactions and full set of accounts. If you have a passion for numbers and are proficient with spreadsheets, this role is for you. Your primary objective will be to provide valuable quantitative insights into our financial position, liquidity, and cash flow, facilitating informed decisions for the ongoing growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities

• To manage full set of accounts for SME (AR/AP/GL)
• Ensure accurate and timely data entries into the Xero accounting system
• Prepare monthly consolidation of group entities and management accounts for analysis
• Liaise with outsourced corporate secretary to ensure compliance with Companies Act and other regulations
• Support and prepare annual financial statements
• Ensure prompt and accurate filing of documents
• Organize employee engagement and bonding activities
• Liaise with bankers and tax agent

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Highly responsible with strong attention to details
• Working knowledge of accounting software Xero preferred
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with various stakeholders
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Admin & HR Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting human resources functions within our organization. You will play a crucial role in payroll & employee record management, HR policies and general office operations. Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute payroll and pay slips to employees.
• Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees and management.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboard new employees by facilitating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing feedback as well as delivering key messages to employees in a clear, positive, and efficient manner
• Organize employee engagement and bonding activities.
• Assist in performance management processes including conducting employee evaluations and maintaining performance records.
• Actively understand government policies and seek out available subsidies and grants from relevant authorities
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, and all other government-related claims as well as administering work passes application/issuance/renewal/cancellation
• Perform general administrative duties including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining office equipment and other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements

• 1 year of HR-related experience
• Good understanding of HR processes, payroll procedures, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
