Conceptualise all development design requirements and formulate design briefs to ensure that there are aligned with the Company’s development strategy.
Oversee design quality and progress of design concepts and design staff team at all levels
Project planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring the project works.
Estimation, establishing the budget and on-going project cost monitoring.
Liaise with authorities, consultants, clients, managements, subcontractors and any other related to projects.
Manage the client, design consultants, fellow teammates and liaise with all relevant authorities to meet the project requirements.
Coordinate and ensure work carried out is adherence to project schedule.
Ensure site works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
Manage work team to ensure project are delivered on time within budget and with the expected level quality.
Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance of requirements.
Responsive with frequent updates to project team and client.
