We are looking for a Communications & Content Director (Account Director) to be part of our integrated team.
What you’ll do
- Provide thoughtful, strategic senior counsel to clients in the consumer, lifestyle and hospitality spaces
- Lead integrated communications and content activities across client accounts, ensuring that brand standards are strictly adhered to
- Ensure that all work we put out is of the highest quality
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the marketing funnel while you plan and manage data-driven marketing communications and content strategies rooted in an earned approach that drive action and impact
- Oversee dynamic content plans—across multiple platforms—that are strategic and support our clients’ brand and business goals
- Ensure that the team tracks content performance and earned results accurately and produces actionable insights
- Stay on top of industry, social media, and pop culture trends, proactively leading the charge to ensure content is relevant, interesting, and culturally sensitive
- Present ideas and results in a confident, engaging and empathetic manner
- Consistently refresh preferred vendors list and work closely with partners and team to produce high-quality visuals on time and within budget
- Maintain client satisfaction, and be reponsible for client renewal and team retention
- Mentor junior team in an open, positive manner
- Work closely with senior maangement on business development strategy and execution

- You love storytelling and truly believe in the power of a good story
- You’re a digital native that uses social media daily and have your pulse on what’s going on in the world
- You instinctively understand brand tone of voice, style, and what makes a brand great
- Must have previous agency or senior in-house experience, including crisis management experience
- At least 7+ years of public relations/marketing communications experience
