What you´ll do at BTS
About the role:
- Conceptualize, develop and deliver customized experiential learning solutions, particularto match specific needs and business objectives of global and regional clients
- Develop project leadership skills to become a key member of our international consulting team by designing and delivering people transformation projects
- Grow local/regional revenues in Asia by increasing share of wallet within existing clients
- Work collaboratively with team members across BTS business practices and regions
- This person will be located in Singapore and travel regularly, mainly across Asia.

Candidates must show:
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience with an excellent track record in developing and delivering talent solutions
- Experience in selling consulting services with a demonstrated track record of achievement in a variety of industries
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust
- Ability to conceptualize and sell a vision, then design or co-create corresponding solutions
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at high quality
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
- A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player
- Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in spoken and written English (Ability to facilitate workshops in other Asian languages will be a plus)
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, ideally in APAC
