Prepare order confirmation as well as expedite and follow-up on orders in process and ensure that they are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements.
Prepare and issue purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to order materials/goods, check pricing, stock availability and delivery schedule.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and third party logistic providers on all shipment delivery.
Update of stock inventory and equipment list.
Handle Import and Export LC documents/negotiations.
Negotiate favourable contractual terms and conditions with suppliers
Build strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and business partnership
