Responsibilities
- Handling all aspects of structural, architectural, plumbing & sanitary and mechanical & electrical works associated with landed housing construction
- Planning, work scheduling and reporting of site progress
- Liaising with consultants and clients ensuring that the work is carried out smoothly in accordance with the specifications
- Coordinating and supervising team and ensuring compliance and timely completion of all works
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers that their works are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with all authorities requirements especially safety and pest control
Requirements
- Min. 15 years local experience in building residential landed projects in Singapore
