As an interior decorative products’ sales executive, your role would involve combining your knowledge of interior design with your sales skills to promote and sell our latest wall and floor finishes products, and other related products to clients. Your responsibilities might include:

1. Sales: Generate sales leads, and achieve sales target.

2. Client Consultation: Understanding clients' needs, preferences, and budget through consultations to recommend appropriate design solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the latest trends, materials, and products in the interior design industry to effectively advise clients and make sales.

4. Proposal Creation: Developing proposals and presentations tailored to clients' requirements, including design concepts, cost estimates, and timelines.

5. Relationship Building: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry to generate leads and referrals.

6. Project Management: Coordinating with designers, vendors, and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of projects from concept to completion.

7. Networking and Marketing: Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your client base and promote your services.

8. Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative duties such as maintaining client records, managing invoices, and tracking sales performance.

Responsibilities

· Handle sales enquiries.

· Generate potential project list using BCI database, and make cold calling to seek sales opportunities.

· Follow up on potential new customers and projects.

· Maintain relationship with existing customers for new project opportunities.

· Contact potential customers to give product presentation.

· Proactively identify potential clients of HDB flats and retails, presenting and promoting our range of renovation products

· Preparation of sales quotations, etc.

· Ad-hoc assigned related to Sales matters

Requirements:

· Self motivated and dedicated individual.

· Good communication skills.

· Must be at least Diploma graduate.
