- Perform front desk duties and operational activities
- Registering patients and dispensing medications
- Chaperoning / assisting doctors in clinical procedures
- Establish inventory standards for medications and supplies
- Submission of claims and other medical documents
- Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
- Booking of referral appointments
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
Qualifications And Job Requirements
- Great interpersonal skills
- Prior experience will be an advantage.
- Computer literate and team player
- Our family clinic serves a significant number of elderly patients who may not be fluent in English and often communicate in dialects such as Hokkien, Teochew, or Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin or the ability to converse in dialects would be highly beneficial
