- Meeting with clients to define and determine project's requirement and specification
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Involve in project costing, risk management and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors during the execution of projects
- Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and tools available
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Establish and maintain partnerships with third parties/vendors
- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS), ISO and Bizsafe processes
- Report to management on the QMS performance and where improvements are needed
- Responsible for process quality assurance, reports and documentation at various level
- Review project ITP as well as relevant procedures and ensure correct execution
- Review testing at various level eg. NDT, hydro test, pneumatic test etc
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superior
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Proven working experience in Project Management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an added advantage
• A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Conscious to work in an international environment
• Results oriented with a strong sense of achievement and customer orientation
