Utilize scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and manage timelines.
Coordinate and allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements.
Analyze resource availability and forecast potential constraints to ensure efficient project delivery.
Track project progress against the baseline schedule and update stakeholders on any deviations.
Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with the project schedule.
Facilitate meetings to review schedules, identify risks, and discuss mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed schedule reports for clients, management, and stakeholders.
Ensure schedules comply with contractual obligations, industry standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements:
The Planner shall possess at least 5-10 years of relevant construction experience with at least 5 years of experience in development and/or review of project schedules for every phase of the construction project lifespan by using Primavera P6;
The Planner shall possess a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or relevant discipline;
The Planner shall have experience in scheduling for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of works;
The Planner shall possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Word; in addition, the Planner shall also be proficient in Primavera P6;
The Planner shall be able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast paced projects;
The Planner shall have good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills.
