Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft contracts, subcontracts, and other legal agreements with clients, subcontractors, and vendors for Accredited Checking and Building Engineering projects.
- Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications.
- Monitor subcontractors or vendors’ performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure adherence to contract terms and project requirements.
- Preparation of bidding and tender proposals for accredited checking and building engineering projects.
- Define, plan and review staffing requirements and direct allocation of available resources - both internal and third party to the project.
- Advice Finance department on invoicing the clients and making payments to sub-consultants/vendors for the projects handled.
- Work together with director and top management to procure new projects both in private sector and government sector.
- To perform site inspections or technical audits when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Survey, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management, specifically within the construction engineering or building sectors.
- Proven experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, subcontracts, and legal agreements.
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers in a project-based environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams .
- Ability to conduct site inspections or technical audits as necessary.
