Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software and in establishing required processes and procedures and framework for BIM in projects.

• Possess a Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules for projects, including critical paths, milestones, and deliverables.
• Utilize scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create and manage timelines.
• Coordinate and allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements.
• Analyze resource availability and forecast potential constraints to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Track project progress against the baseline schedule and update stakeholders on any deviations.

Job Requirements:

• The Planner shall possess at least 5-10 years of relevant construction experience with at least 5 years of experience in development and/or review of project schedules for every phase of the construction project lifespan by using Primavera P6;

Job Responsibilities:

• Determine and identify new business opportunities by analyzing business needs in the Government Sectors.
• Preparation of business development plan, define and follow up which in line with the sales targets and objectives.

Building Projects – Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying from a University recognized by the respective Professional Bodies or Professional Institutions.

At least 5 years of practical experience in the management of building (e.g. new

building, R&R and A&A projects) or infrastructure (e.g. road, drain, sewers,

services diversion) projects with contract value of $5 million and above.

The PM must be familiar with PSSCOC.

Involvement in Integrated DigitalDelivery (IDD) for project delivery and built environment industry will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall daily operations of Building Engineering that includes PSI, PFI and SLA.
• Liaison with clients or ground agencies for on-site inspection works.

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for evaluating structural concept and details of individual projects submitted by Qualifed Person and carrying out independent analysis and checking to ensure safety and compliance with BCA and relevant authorities requirements
• Day-to-day handling and managing of Accredited Checking projects, including detailed analysis & checking, production of design reports and project correspondence
• Regular monitoring of project progress and reporting to the Business Unit Manager
• Managing project deliverables viz design reports, progress reports and presentations
• To liaise with Qualifed Person in all project related issues and representing the company in project, progress meeting and technical meeting
