Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in marine operations. Preference for candidates with extensive experience in Classification activities.
- Strong technical background with hands-on seagoing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of digital tools and technologies relevant to marine operations.
- Proven track record of leadership and achieving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
