Job Description:
- Managing restaurant reservations on a database
- Replying to customer requests, correspondence on phone, text and email
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, emailing, answering and responding to telephone calls and messages, as well as coordinates schedules and appointments
- Maintain polite and professional communication with every customer
- Maintain a database of customer contacts
- Arrange for office equipment maintenance or technical support
- Submit and follow through with maintenance requests
- Support with customer data gathering and communication for events and offers
Requirements:
- Basic Microsoft office skill required.
- Good communication skill
- No prior experience required, although will be preferred.
- 5 day work week
- Office Hours
