Job Scope:

· Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

· Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

· Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.

· Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals and objectives.

· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

· Assist with internal/external audits and other ad hoc projects.

· Work closely with outsourced vendor to meet reporting deadlines.

Working Arrangement:

Duration: 6 Months

Working Hours:

Mon- Fri 8-530pm

Location: Raffles City

Role Requirements:

· A degree in Accountancy or ACCA

· Minimum 3-5 years of working experience

· Knowledge of XERO or Netsuite software is preferred

· Proficient with MS office application

Accountant (Senoko)

Responsibilities

• Produce timely and accurate monthly group consolidated reporting, group supporting schedules, including slides and analysis.
• Review entities’ reporting.
• Perform financial analysis to support management.
• Drafting of Group Financial statements in accordance to Singapore FRS.
• Manage timetable across the group reporting, audit process & budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and group policies, including liaison with auditors, tax agents and other statutory authorities.
• Preparation, planning & analysis of annual budgets and forecast reports.
• Produce timely and accurate monthly group data on sustainability reporting.
• Recommend process improvement initiatives to improve procedures.
• Support and undertake ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance/ Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience or 1 year of audit experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Power Point.
• Meticulous; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge on Singapore FRS and consolidation.
• Committed, confident personality with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Possess good planning and audit skills.
