Job Scope:

• Address customer enquiries and feedback received via different touchpoints (including face-to-face, hotline and emails) promptly and professionally
• Handle facility bookings, programme registrations and over-the-counter payment collections
• Follow up with designated departments and/ or escalate issues to supervisors to ensure timely and appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer feedback and enquiries
• Keep records of customer interactions, including lost and found items, in the CRM system according to the established criteria and guidelines
• Maintain secure custody of found property
• Update notice and display boards with the public activities/ events conducted within the premises, and the appropriate environmental and service information
• Perform daily settlements and financial reconciliations for revenue submissions
• Identify improvements and propose recommendations to address operational challenges and enhance customer experience
• Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned or needed

Salary:

S$14 /hour for weekdays

S$16 /hour for weekends

Shift Hours:

Morning (6.30 am to 4.00pm | 8.30 am to 6.00pm)

Afternoon (1.00pm to 10.30pm)

Evening (4.00pm to 10.30pm)

Job Scope:

Customer Care Ops

• Ensure quality and adherence to SOPs for case escalation and case management for Integrated programmes
• Update and enhance current SOP to enhance workflow, increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
• Assist in training and upskilling of client appointed centres and contact centre provisioned for Integrated programmes
• Measure and monitor customer satisfaction for escalated cases
• Coordination of regular meeting with stakeholders
• Assist to investigate and monitor status of key cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage with internal stakeholders on review of programme improvements for better customer experience

Programme Support (Logistics Support)

• Assist to monitor inventory level at client appointed centres and all Tracker Distributors
• Ensure no discrepancy in client appointed centres and all Tracker Distributors’ inventory.
• Perform reconciliation of tracker issuance and balance stock records, and to follow-up on all discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation and reports by client appointed centres and all Tracker Distributors, monitoring it on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required.
• Support post app release issues and rectifications, solutioning
• Provide logistics support for the customer care area and all Tracker Distribution Channels

Others / Adhoc Duties

• You may be assigned to other adhoc duties by the department. This may include supporting other administrative work.

Job Scope:

- Assist in management of late-comers and students performing school service.

- Support care/ learning support programmes eg. GEAR-UP and Lead Our Lives Programmes. These activities are conducted after school/ during school holidays.

- Monitor students who are required to return to school for learning support programme during Home-Based Learning days and school holidays.

- Help out with discipline cases such as manning in-school suspension & detention classes.

- To patrol the school two times a day / search for students who are missing from class.

- Any other duties which the school deems fit.

Requirements:

- Must have note-taking skills.

- Must be able to engage the students and monitor their well-being and follow-up with relevant activities.

- Matured and firm in dealing with students.
