Job Scope:

Ensure smooth operation and support school administration in areas of finance, procurement, HR, and general administration.

• Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders.
• Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders
• Support in matters related to finance (e.g., processing invoices)
• Support in matters related to bus arrangement.
• Support in matters related to store management, including monthly verification of inventory.
• Ad hoc duties as deployed

Working Arrangement:

· Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

· Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Scope:

• Manning the office counter and answering enquiries
• Calling absentees’ parents to find out reasons for absence
• Perform simple clerical duties including printing, checking and sorting out FAS and bursary applications, and informing parents of outcome/collection of approval letters
• Printing and arranging of timetable
• Sorting out hardcopy mails to respective owners
• Updating staff absence in the General Office

Any other administrative duties as assigned by the school’s management staff

Requirements:

· Min O level or experience in office/reception duties

· Experience in working with schools will be advantageous

Contract Period: 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025

Salary: $2400/month

Working Arrangement:

· Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

· Fridays: 6:45am to 3:15pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Total 42 hours per week

Job Scope:

Responsible for the pre-examination preparation, invigilation of examination and post-examination work

1) Support examination administration, including logistical and facility arrangements, handling of examination papers and other examination materials

2) Invigilate examinations

3) Liaise with examination service provider for examination-related technical issues and feedback

Salary: $2200 to $2600 per month

Job Scope:

• To provide operations support for the smooth and effective operations of the school.
• To maintain the general cleanliness of the school including equipment(s) and workplace.
• To lock and unlock the doors of the classrooms and other rooms in the school.
• To open/close windows and doors of classrooms and other rooms in the school.
• To open and close the gates, doors of office and other buildings within the school premises.
• To provide logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture, equipment, refreshments, etc.
• To assist in the preparation of logistics and equipment.
• To help carry stock, furniture, etc.
• To relief other operations support officer.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, vice-principals, Operations Manager or any other authorised officer.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in simple English.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Preferably have some working experience in schools with job scope include cleaning and logistics.

Salary: $1700 - $1800 / month

Contract Period: From 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025

Working Arrangement:

Mondays to Thursdays: 6:00am to 300nm or 09:30am to 6.30nm inclusive of 30mins lunch break

Fridays: 6:00am to 2:30pm or 10:00am to 6:30nm inclusive of 30mins lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
