Job Scope:
Provide administrative support to teachers on a project basis. Administrative duties will generally include:
1. Assisting in managing students in classrooms when teachers are not available;
2. Housekeeping duties and bulk printing/photocopying;
3. Covering library duties at lunch and during librarian’s leave and
4. Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer and teachers
Requirements:
Education
Minimum GCE ’O’ Level Certificate
Specifications
1. Good communication and inter-personal skills
2. Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
3. Relevant Teacher Aide experiences (to fulfil the scope of services)
Contract Period: Feb to Oct 2025
Working Arrangement: Mondays to Fridays, 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary: $2000 to $2100 / month
