Responsibilities:
Your primary role is to triage public feedback received by the Municipal Services Office (MSO) through various channels (primarily the OneService App and LifeSG).
This includes:
a) Routing feedback to the rightful agency in an accurate and timely manner.
b) Replying to feedback submitted by members of public.
c) Contacting members of public, when needed, to clarify their feedback.
Requirements:
• ‘A’ Levels/Diploma/Degree
• Experience with feedback management/triaging is advantageous
• Pleasant character/personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to commit for a minimum duration of 6 months (12 months max)
Salary: $15/hour
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays 830am to 6pm & Fridays 830am to 530pm
