This role offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, and contract positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Housekeeper / Home Cleaner:
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes and residential areas.
- Follow a set schedule and company standards for cleaning tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address any client needs or concerns.
- Ensure the use of appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.
- Office Cleaner:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of office spaces and common areas.
- Follow a set schedule and company standards for cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
- Ensure the use of appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address any client needs or concerns.
- Supervisor:
- Oversee and manage a team of housekeepers, home cleaners, and office cleaners.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.
- Coordinate schedules and assignments for cleaning staff.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Housekeeper / Home Cleaner:
- Minimum 1 years of cleaning/housekeeping experience.
- Ability to travel between various job locations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Office Cleaner:
- Minimum 1 years of office cleaning experience.
- Ability to travel between various job locations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Supervisor:
- Minimum 3 years of cleaning/housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism and organizational skills.
