Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage job postings and assist with the recruitment process across all departments.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support onboarding for new hires.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts and letters.
- Handle leave tracking, claims, and other HR operational tasks.
Employee Support
- Provide administrative support for employee queries and HR initiatives.
- Assist with organizing employee engagement activities.
Compliance and Payroll Support
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Assist with payroll processes and related administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
