Key Responsibilities:

• Support children with their homework and school projects, particularly in English, Mathematics and Science at the primary level.

Marketing

• Assist in creating and managing content creation for our centre's social media platforms (such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook).
• Help develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our centre's programs and services.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed diploma/degree in Early Childhood Education, Marketing, Communications, or any related fields.
• Passion for working with children and a genuine interest in childhood education.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, CapCut will be a plus.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with strong background in childhood education, and possess ability to tutor mainstream subjects such as English, Mathematics and Science at the primary level. (Bonus if able to tutor higher levels as well!)

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students attending the student care at their after-school hours and during school holidays.
• Provide homework guidance, supervision, and academic support to assist students in improvojng their understanding and performance in school subjects.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-time Tutor to provide academic support to primary school students in the subjects English, Mathematics and Science. You'll be teaching in our physical tuition centre location.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tutoring sessions with primary school students in small groups on individually depending on subjects.
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that align with the school's cirriculum, catering to each students' unique learning abilities and styles.
• Build students' confidence and motivation by recognizing their achievements, setting realistic goals, and providing positive reinforcement.
• Assess students' learning needs and academic progress to tailor tutoring sessions accordingly. Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians on areas of improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience, particularly with primary school students, is preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students learn and succeed.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining a consistent tutoring schedule.
