Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for company X/YouTube/TikTok/sets/Linkedin, Facebook's platform construction, operations and customer relations maintenance, the company products/brands in overseas influence on social media;
2. Highly sensitive to market hot spots and events, quickly plan/host/participate in X Spaces according to hot spots, collaborate with the team to produce graphic and video content, including promotion copy, social media activities, advertising creativity, etc.;
3. Analyzed and mined the interests and needs of target users, maintained core KOL and fan groups, and effectively increased the number and activity of fans on multiple platforms;
4. Monitor market feedback, competitive product marketing events and hot spots related to the company in overseas communities and social media, report relevant behaviors in time, propose planning plans, and improve the awareness of the company's brand and products;
5. Participate in the strategy formulation and implementation of social media-related projects, track the effect of overseas social media promotion, periodically analyze data, evaluate the effect, and provide basis for the company's decision-making;

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above, English as a mother tongue or listening, speaking, reading and writing close to English Native;
2. Senior Crypto player, with at least three years of experience in Web3 industry and overseas new media operation, familiar with major overseas social and new media platforms and marketing operation modes such as X/TikTok/YouTube;
3. Familiar with Crypto community language, good at grasping and guiding topics, planning various online activities, and attracting fans with content and activities;
4. Ability of video script planning + editing production, independent planning + production of multiple video campaigns is preferred (please attach portfolio);
5. Active in work, with strong team spirit, self-drive, planning ability and execution ability.

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swap Product Manager to lead the planning, design, and iteration of our on-chain trading products. You will deeply understand user needs, drive product innovation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and continuous optimization of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Product Planning and Design: Lead the overall planning and feature design of the Swap business line, develop a detailed product roadmap and iteration plan.
• Requirements Analysis and Management: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape, identify user pain points, and translate them into specific product requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with development, design, testing, operations, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, and drive continuous optimization after product launch.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor Web3 and DeFi market trends, conduct regular competitive analysis, and provide data support for product optimization.
• User Experience Optimization: Improve trading experience and performance, optimize trading paths, reduce gas fees, and increase transaction success rates.
• Compliance and Security Management: Collaborate with legal and security teams to ensure product compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and guarantee the security of smart contracts and on-chain interactions.

Requirements:

• BBachelor's degree or above, 10 years product experience, including 3+ years of experience in blockchain-related products, prior experience in Swap or Web 3 trading platform product design is preferred.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, DEX, and other fields, familiar with AMM, limit orders, liquidity pools, and other mechanisms.
• Familiar with common data analysis tools and methods, and have the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross-team collaboration skills, able to efficiently drive project execution.
• Strong interest and learning ability in the Web3 field, paying attention to the latest industry trends and technological developments.
• In-depth research and use of related products, and optimize the experience from the user's perspective.
• Proficient in chinese in order to alias Mandarin speaking colleagues and customers.
