- Manage service provider performance assessments.

- Implement and manage business policies and marketing activities.
- Manage after-sales channels, including ensuring the implementation and updating of store standards.
- Develop and manage third-party service providers.
- Facilitate the signing of after-sales service agreements with service providers.
- Develop and manage the collection and recycling of used batteries.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or project management.
- At least 2 years of experience in after-sales operations management or related work at an OEM or automotive importer.
- Strong service awareness and communication/coordinating skills.
