Must able to manage the full set of accounts.
Handle AP and AR activities including work in progress schedule
Perform daily bookkeeping activities
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and financial accounting regulations
Responsible for all statutory filings including financial statements preparation, yearly audit and the relevant tax compliance
Monitor & update outstanding payments, collections and prepare bank reconciliations
Handle payroll, GST, CPF, IR8A,Tax computation, Government survey, other statutory filings and month end reports
Process payments to vendors
Prepare information & documents required by the auditor, resolve audit queries, and obtain audit confirmations.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties/task assigned
Requirements
Proficient in
Quickbook & Microsoft Office
applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Min Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts.
Team player and able to work independently that process good working attitude
Self-motivated and an ability to take ownership of all tasks assigned
Meticulous, organized, and good attention to details
Highly responsible and reliable
Experience in Construction Industry is an added advantage
