Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships and generate new leads.
Provide excellent customer service and recommend the right instrument that suits customer's requirement.
Develop new networks such as music teachers/friends of Steinway/VIPs/Steinway Owners database.
Maintenance and update of CRM database.
Handle and assist in store events, cross-branding collaborations and marketing initiatives.
Participate in off-site special events and other related activities outside store operation.
Inventory management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of working experience.
Must have experience in sales, ideally for luxury goods or high-end services.
Willingness to take a long term view and building relationship with our customers.
Piano playing and music appreciation would be an advantage.
