Duties and Responsibilities

· Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

· Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules

· Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources

· Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives

· Receive and report on all sales leads

· Supervise sales representatives and assistants

· Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

· Work with sales team when closing sales

· Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics

· Meet all sales quotas and goals

· Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals

· Able to work for long working hours

· Able to work in non aircon environment

Able to work night shift

Able to carry heavy loads of 50kg

Shop Sales Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

· Two (2) years’ previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

· Demonstrated and proven sales results

· Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

· Focused on customer service

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Persuasive and goal-oriented

· In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market

· Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

· High School and above education

Job Description & Requirements

• Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
• Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
• Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
• Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
• Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
• Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
• Keep logs on work and issues
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as auto mechanic
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
• Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
• Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
• Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
• Excellent physical condition
• High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred
• Able to repair continental cars like BMW, mercedes-benz, Porsche, Volvo, Ferrari, Lexus
• Able to repair electric vehicles
