Role: Resident Technical Officer (RTO) at C2D Solutions Pte Ltd
C2D Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced full-time RTO to oversee the technical aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising construction works to ensure compliance with regulations and client standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.
- Implement site quality and safety assurance systems.
- Supervise structural and geotechnical works, monitoring for non-conformities.
- Maintain site documentation and records of project progress.
- Conduct regular site checks for health and safety compliance.
- Inspect architectural finishing materials delivered to the site.
Qualifications:
- Recognized qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering for RTO registration with IES.
- Accredited with IES/ACES and possess a valid RTO Practicing Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in multi-storey building projects.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and codes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
