Responsibilities
1. Oversees projects management and implementation;
2. Codify implementation design into documented for end user's record;
3. Conduct training and presentation for team members and end-users;
4. Provide technical testing or support to pre-sales engineer/customer on the network setup;
5. Assist on technical communications with customer/partner, to ensure closure of sales order;
6. Ensuring that the solution can deliver on the customer’s requirements;
7. Maintain rapport with customers and competence in managing vendors;
8. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirement
· Degree/Diploma in IT Networking or equivalent
· At least 1 years of work experience in a SI environment with network & security skillset
· Good IT knowledge in OSI 7 Layer, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies and network security
· Able to configure CISCO, Fortinet, Juniper, Firewall & Antivirus, and other security software.
· Experience with CISCO core switches, Access Points (Wireless)
· Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
· Excellent in communication and analytical skill
· Experience in network security projects implementation
· Positive working attitude and a good team player
· Willing to work extended office hours and after office hours when needed
· Exposure to GPU servers, security solution such as Firewall, local balancer or endpoint protection will be an added advantage
