Creative Direction:
- Lead and manage the development of visual concepts, packaging designs, digital and print materials.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with the brand’s aesthetic and message.
- Provide guidance and feedback to the design team to maintain visual consistency across campaigns.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the creative execution of multi-platform campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Manage art direction across digital, social media, print, and physical experiences.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Brand Communications Manager to maintain seamless communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals.
Trend and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Incorporate contemporary design practices and innovation into the creative process.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the creative department’s budget, including sourcing materials and collaborating with third-party vendors.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness within budgetary constraints.
Team Leadership and Alignment:
- Conduct daily/weekly work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to ensure the team is aligned with ongoing projects and developments.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and feedback to junior designers and creative team members.
Vendor Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors for materials and production, ensuring they meet the brand’s quality standards.
Quality Control:
- Ensure that all visual content produced adheres to brand guidelines and quality expectations.
- Review and approve all design outputs before delivery to stakeholders.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on the effectiveness of creative campaigns.
- Analyze campaign results to inform future creative strategies.
