Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support in HR and administrative functions.
- Assist to verify business expense claims and leave records where applicable.
- Maintenance of employees p-files and HR documents.
- Screening of job applications, scheduling of interviews and interview candidates for assigned job positions.
- Assist with coordination of new hires on-boarding programme and conduct orientation.
- Handle training administration and coordination, including registration of training courses.
- Manage in-house Learning Management System on uploading events, sessions and completion of e-Learning modules.
- Co-ordinate, organize appointments and meetings with departmental secretaries, where required.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of office and grocery supplies.
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Level
- 2 to 3 years of experience handling HR & Admin duties.
- Ability to work independently and cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team, reliable, meticulous, pro-active with good follow-up skills.
Working Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $3,500
