We are looking for a Pastry Cook to support at our Central Kitchen to prepare different types of Cakes and pastries delivered to our customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

· Preparation of pastry ingredients, (Weighing, Mixing, Baking etc.)

· Production and decoration of pastries (Cakes, Cupcakes, Macarons, Sponges etc.)

· Operate machines for production of pastries

· Adhere to the kitchen’s/SFA Standard operational procedures (SOPs)

· Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools and Machinery

· Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior (Packing of finished products, cutting etc.)

Requirements

· Team player with a good learning attitude and a keen interest in developing professionally in the Pastry industry

· Able to commit to a 5.5 MINIMUM Days’ work week

QA & QC Executive

We are looking for a QA & QC Executive to join our R&Ddepartment. You will gain broad experience and will be able to work in a fun fast-paced environment with a broad scope to develop.

This position will report directly to the Food Technologist.

This position will be instrumental in driving & ensuring excellence in production, QA processes & product innovation.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in production planning and support in R&D projects/ ingredient preparation

· Conduct daily inspections on raw materials, production lines, equipment and facilities

· Coordinate and liaise with external parties

· Ensure product is in accordance to regulation & standard, compliance with legislation & certification

· Conduct shelf-life studies, production process & troubleshooting issues by providing technical solution support

· Implement, monitor and update food safety ISO22000 & quality assurance program in production kitchen

· Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

· Degree or diploma in food science, food technology or equivalent

· Excellent multitasking skills & able to work under pressure

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Knowledge in HACCP, ISO22000 & GMP requirement will be an advantage

Working hour

8am – 5pm, 5 day week including alternate Saturday

Probation 3 months

Starting pay $2600, salary increment up to $200 after probation. Additional salary of up to $200 with relevant industry experience
