Responsibilities
E-commerce Management
- Manage the day to day operations and maintenance of e-commerce platforms
- Ensure optimal performance of platforms which includes site availability & functionality, inventory levels, traffic generation, order management & fulfilment
- Manage site content and design elements ensuring accuracy and positive user experience
- Manage platform subscribers including e-commerce customers’ comments, reviews and enquiries
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities
- Work with backend teams on-site maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades
Marketing
- Create SEO-focused, on-brand and engaging content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support online campaigns and promotions
- Conduct market research to identify potential prospects, conduct outreach programs and build customer relationships to drive sales
- Design newsletters, assist in marketing projects (photo shoots, live streaming, etc)
- Support the team in all other activities and projects when required
- Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the ecommerce space and recommend initiatives to achieve continued growth
Analytics & Reporting

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Analytics / Digital Marketing / E-commerce or related discipline
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in direct e-commerce operations with working knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Good understanding of online sales strategies and digital marketing techniques
- Deep understanding of end-to-end online user journey and buying habits
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Independent, proactive, resourceful, meticulous with strong attention to details who can excel in a dynamic environment
- Team player with the ability to collaborate cross functionally
- Working experience with Photoshop, Canva, APIs and scripting languages is desirable
