Responsibilities:
Lead financial related projects across regions including accounting system enhancement, implementation, also in-house trainings provided to group and overseas accounting teams;
Overall responsible for monthly closing process and prepare consolidated financial statements and annual statutory reports;
Review financial statements of the group and subsidiary companies to ensure compliance with accounting, tax and statutory reporting requirements;
Establish and maintain internal financial control disciplines and compliance, as well as ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies;
Provide financial analysis and reporting for management review; and
Frequent business travels and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree holder, major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
Professional qualifications in Accounting such as CPA or equivalent;
5-8 years' relevant working experience with both audit and commercial experience;
With Big 4 and international exposure is a must; listed companies experience is a plus;
Extensive experience in accounting system enhancement and implementation, group accounts consolidation, financial analysis and knowledge of accounting standards as well as taxation is required;
Independent, well-organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and with strong sense of responsibility and familiar with multi-cultural working environments
Good communication, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills;
Excellent command in spoken and written English and native Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); and
Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
