Senior Financial Analyst (US Healthcare)

Our client is a leading medical device brand and is headquartered globally in the US. They are looking for a dynamic finance business partner for their SEA region to report into the FP&A Manager based in Singapore.

Financial Management:

• Work with the commercial team to drive the development of strategic (multi-year) long-term financial plans, encompassing market landscape, and capital requirements.
• Develop and implement short-term financial and operational plans (budgets and forecasts).
• Validate & challenge Sales & Orders forecast /funnel & other commercial excellence activities.
• Present business case/Financials to Senior Finance & Commercial stakeholders.
• Provide management team with insightful decision support/business analysis.
• Ensure pricing and investments support business growth and continued profit improvement.
• Financial simulation for rental program, discount, volume rebate, etc.
• Reconcile Actuals Sales in GL (Oracle/QlikSense/Hyperion) to Commercial Sales Funnel.
• Reconcile Sales forecast with Operations and Accounting.
• Manage & lead P&L (Product/Consumables/Service). Commentaries/Action Plan/R&O.
• Ensure that business and financial plans include defined and measurable initiatives and programs aligned to support such plans.

Successful Applicant will have:

• A graduate degree in Finance or Accounting or ACCA is required.
• Track record of progressive career & is a fast learner
• Minimum 6 years’ of experience in FP&A & Business Partnering in Medical device/Pharma industry, or related industries
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment with a can-do attitude
• Energetic, hands-on and good problem solver.
