ERP System Analyst (Finance Module)

Our client is a leading and well known shipping brand who has their global headquarters based in Singapore. To further expedite and conclude the finance ERP implementation process they are looking for an experienced systems analyst.

This role will closely work with the project manager and report directly into the Group financial controller based in Singapore.

We are looking for a skilled System Analyst with a strong background in Excel, databases, and software application management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the finance application implementation phase and post-implementation phase, supporting the creation of master data, user roles, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Lead ERP implementation activities, including data migration, system configuration, and integration with existing systems
• Create and maintain master data architecture, ensuring data accuracy and standardization across platforms
• Design and implement user roles, permissions, and security protocols
• Manage UAT process, document test cases, and coordinate with stakeholders to validate system functionality
• Develop ETL processes and data models for financial reports and analytics dashboards using ERP reporting tools
• Coordinate between internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements
• Lead end-user training and create documentation for system processes
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization measures
• Provide support for ERP maintenance and related software/apps, includes troubleshooting and responding to users’ feedback.

Successful Applicant

• 6-8 years of experience in ERP implementation, system analysis, in the finance module
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance)
• Proficiency in major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Exposure to Microsoft Navision/Business Central is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, macros, and complex formulas
• Strong SQL knowledge and database management experience
• Experience with API integration and data mapping tools
• Understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Experience in user training and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholder

Senior Financial Analyst ( 1 year Renewable contract)

Our client is a leading US healthcare listed MNC and its regional Asia Pacific headquarters is based out of Singapore.

This is a newly created role and will be reporting into the Regional FP&A Manager based in Singapore.

Key Accountabilities

• Work with the commercial team to drive the development of strategic (multi-year) long-term financial plans, encompassing market landscape, and capital requirements.
• Develop and implement short-term financial and operational plans (budgets and forecasts).
• Ensure financial results and related reporting requirements are accurate and submitted to Asia Pacific region in accordance with all deadlines.
• Ensure pricing and investments support business growth and continued profit improvement.
• Set business framework for managing business investments, resource allocations, business planning, operations and performance measurements.
• Provide financial modelling, financial analysis and valuation support for acquisitions, long-term contracts and other ad-hoc financial projects
• Proactively monitor and put in place performance reporting processes to ensure both short-term and long-term objectives are met.
• Provide management team with insightful decision support/business analysis.
• Coordinate Control and Compliance initiatives, Accounting /Audit activities and effective working capital management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations management or equivalent experience supporting the business as a finance partner
• Demonstrated strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills, including a solid understanding of relevant commercial activities
• Strong analytical ability with a high degree of accuracy
• Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of Hyperion preferred
• Multi-national company experience
• English fluency is a must
