Calibre 65 is a fast-growing Small Medium Enterprise (SME) focusing on selling luxury watches. We aim to provide each of our customers with a personal, comfortable and luxurious experience. Through our vast knowledge and experience with watches, we ensure each customers leaves not with a watch they want, but a watch they love. We are currently looking for a Retail cum sales assistant.

Requirements:

· Cheerful, outgoing personality and willing to learn.

· Working Hours. 12 pm to 7pm, (5-6 days, to be discussed)

· Luxury Watch knowledge is a bonus.

. Billingual Eng and Chinese is preferred.

Job Description

• Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchase decisions.
• Processing sales transactions and handling cash or credit card payments.
• Maintaining a tidy and organised sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any complaints or concerns.
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge.
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
• Invoicing across online and offline platforms.
• Some minor data entry
• Organising and filing receipts etc.

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills with people of all levels.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Training will be provided.

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Conceptualise and develop creative and compelling marketing content for both B2B and B2C audiences, including website content, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
• Develop, produce, and edit objective-driven content-led(videos/photos) campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other social channels.
• Execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversions to leads tru social media
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Liaise & working as a team, with other stakeholders, taking snippets of their daily work and creating content.
• Content creation every few days to update tiktok and social media account.
• Evaluate and optimize content-led campaign performance.
• Identify and engage with vendors and influencers for collaborations to expand the reach and visibility of our work.

Relevant Experience:

• Objectively 2 years, but if you're just starting out include your portfolio. We're excited to work with the next big thing!

Basic Skills Required:

• Has a minimum of 2 years of proven success in content creation.
• Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies, channels,
• Excellent communication and writing skills, creative and resourceful, proactive and good time management.
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, capcut, canvas
• Fast learner with ability to handle all operational aspects independently.
• Good project management.
• Is driven by results and a passion for growth.
• Is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with clients and team members.

We are currently looking to expand our marketing team and increase our presence on Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Learning to understand watch and market trends to better market to our clients

- Creating and managing content for our Online Social Platforms, such as TikTok and Instagram

- Responsible for developing and executing of physical and digital marketing campaigns

- Maintaining our website and basic data analysis on performance

- Product Photography and Photo Editing for Luxury Products

- Generating leads and sales through marketing efforts

- Graphic Designs for our Online Social Platforms

REQUIREMENTS:

- Willing to learn about luxury watches, the brands, the consumers and their behaviour

- Prior knowledge of luxury products will be appreciated, but not required

- Proficient in Adobe Design Software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, etc.

- A passion for social media and content creation

- Effective communication and people skills

- An ability to manage time and priorities

- Creativity and Awareness of Trends

- Proficient in Photography and Photo Editing

- Must be Degree Holders or Diploma Holders in relevant fields
