The candidate will be in an accounting role and will work as part of a robust team to deliver quality and timely services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts and compilation report in accordance with applicable accounting standards (FRS/ Singapore Tax Regulations) for a dedicated client portfolio.
• Process monthly payroll & assist in CPF, IR8A and IR21 submission.
• Prepare income tax computation and filing.
• Prepare quarterly GST report and filing.
• Conversion of financial statements to XBRL report.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors and other professional parties.
• Apply internal risk management procedures (i.e. KYC/AML).
• Participate in the development, implementation and improvement of procedures.
• Document all communications with clients via email, outlining agreed-upon action steps, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Provide timely responses to clients regarding matters that require attention.

Requirements

• Accountant with CPA / ACCA qualified; or an Accountancy Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit or accounting firm
• Good technical knowledge of FRS, Singapore Tax Regulations, CPF & GST
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Sharepoint)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
