Responsibilities:
· Participate in feature definitions of the leading-edge AI chips
· Lead and participate the microarchitecture design of AI chip SoC and the subsystems
· Lead and participate in the front-end design and the implementation using HDLs
· Perform critical analysis and propose novel chip architectures for performance, power, and area improvement
· Cross-team collaboration with Software, DV, and Physical Design to meet performance, power, and area goals
· Write patents
Qualification:
· Bachelor degree and above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
· Experience in computer architecture, such as AI Accelerator, CPU, network-on-chip, memory hierarchy
· Experience in hardware module development using HDLs
· Experience with Logic Synthesis, Linting, CDC and DFT tools is preferred
· Good understanding of RTL verification flow and environments (e.g., UVM, VIP) is preferred
· Strong learning capability, good communication and collaboration skills
· Mid-senior to senior level positions are available
