Key Accountability (Main purpose of this job):
To play a key role in the admissions and student contract and documentation requirements prescribed by SkillsFuture Singapore Agency (SSG), inclusive of onboarding new students, re-enrolment of existing families, and transfer, deferment and withdrawal of students.
Responsibilities (Key areas of responsibilities):
Admissions Acceptance Stage:
- Working with the division Principals and Vice Principals to assign Class ID.
- Issuance of Student’s Pass (STP) Applications.
- Issuance of Standard Student Contract (SSC) upon completion of Pre Admissions Checklist.
Admissions Confirmation Stage:
- Working with the finance department to obtain confirmation fee and course fee invoices.
- Issuance of enrolment emails to parents.
- Issuance of Standard Student Contract (SSC) upon completion of Pre Admissions Checklist.
Admissions Onboarding Stage:
- Issuance of onboarding emails to parents.
- Preparation of student-teacher orientation prior to the first day of school and work with the administrative executives to ensure seamless on-boarding for new students.
General:
- Administer all course transfer, deferment or withdrawal cases.
- Issuance of SSCs during the re-enrolment of all existing students.
- Issuance of addendums of SSCs for changes in Schedule A and Schedule B.
- Issuance and cancellation of STP applications for all existing students.
- Assist in report preparation required for statutory board submissions.
- Assist in Open Houses, education fairs, marketing and school events where required.
- Document follow up with new students to complete student digital p-files compilation.
- Work collaboratively and communicate with relevant colleagues if and when support is required
- Be proactive in the deployment of any improvements deemed necessary
It should be noted that these tasks are the most pertinent to the position (title) held, but there will be instances when tasks are required to be fulfilled which may not adhere completely to the aforementioned
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in the international school sector will be beneficial.
- Excellent command of both verbal and written English is required for this role and must be fully proficient in using Google Workspace.
- Ability to converse in another language will be an added advantage.
